Love Yourself: The Bar Method Can Change Your Life…

Sunday, February 14th, 2010

HP Daily Blog Correspondent EB reports on the Bar Method:

barmethodThe Bar Method, an hour-long workout program located in downtown HP, has the unique ability to make the combination of half a millimeter movements, 2 pound weights and 20 seconds of time feel downright diabolical – and yet amazing at the same time.  The beauty of the Bar Method is that you stay within your own body. There is never a stress on joints – only muscle – and the bar itself creates delusions of being a member of the Joffrey Ballet company.  And frankly, delusions are often times the best things to get you through a workout.

So if you’re looking for some low-to-high impact heir to the Jane Fonda-Suzanne Somers-Victoria Principal trifecta, the Bar Method may be a great bet.  It’s a full-body workout, that hits all the right notes, and you may not even break a sweat – which makes it an easy way to fit into one’s daily schedule.

If you’re interested in giving it a try, they offer a free class via this Link (must bring in the coupon).  Also, they offer a beginner’s special- $100 for the month…

The HP Bar Method Studio is located in the lobby of 1770 First Street (the tall building adjacent to Port Clinton Square).  Happy V-Day..Love, Yourself…
